PRICES FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN GROUP OR FAMILY

12 person minimum for weekdays and 15 person minimum for weekends.

For each one OVERNIGHT AND 2 DAYS WITH 3 HEARTY MEALS AND TWO SNACKS with Linens:
$100 Per Person Plus 8% NH Room and Meals tax for room with Bunk Beds….
$125 Per Person Plus 8% NH Room and Meals tax for room with Twin Beds.

Please note for family groups, we require a minimum of 15 adults so that we can offer children 6 to 12 for half price and children 6 and under for free.  If your family does not have 15 adults, children will be charged full rate until the 15 person minimum is met, then the rest of the children will be at the reduced rate. We want to make it reasonable enough so YOU and your whole family join us at Stepping Stone Lodge!!!!

Additional Meals by special arrangement start as follows.  The sky is the limit in terms of what our catering crew can do, so let imagination soar to make your special event a most memorable one. We promise our quote will be reasonable….includes outside barbecues and picnics, or elegant served dinner by candlelight and firelight.

RENTAL OF LODGE FOR DAYTIME MEETINGS

$200 per day for “non profits”
$250 per day for “for profits”
Individual snack and meal prices to be charged in addition to Lodge Rental Meal prices.
These prices are for ‘middle of the road’ fare. Should your party desire more elegant or special meals, we will be happy to suggest possible menus and will quote prices so you can have just the kind of food and service you want. We will cater to you and make your event just right!!!!

Gratuities are most welcomed by the staff but not expected!

To receive prices for special events and catering for larger groups, please ask for customized packages.  Let us send you a suggested menu and work with you to get just what you want to make this a most memorable stay at Stepping Stone Lodge.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR STEPPING STONE LODGE

• The deposit for the group is due upon completing the contract. Return the signed contract with a check for $350 to Stepping Stone Lodge to confirm your
  date(s).  This deposit becomes nonrefundable on the date given on the contract.

• We do require a minimum of 15 people to reserve a weekend date and 12 people for a mid-week date. Should your group not reach the required number, we will request that the sponsoring person or group still pay the amount due for the group minimum.

• We appreciate having the group leader call with any special dietary requests and the final number of participants one week prior to arrival.

• We also request that the group send the full payment of tuition one week prior to the group's arrival.

• In the event of inclement winter weather or other unforeseeable weather conditions, we will discuss the refund and/or rescheduling of the lodge in person with the group leader. The terms of refund will be mutually agreeable so that it is fair to both the group and the lodge.

• Should a group leader find that a group is just not coming together so that the minimum number of people required cannot be met, the lodge management would appreciate being told within at least two months time. We will make every effort to book the lodge with someone else so we can refund your deposit.
