We believe in providing excellent service in a sparkling clean setting that offers relaxation, encourages well-being and brings folks back to all that is wholesome and good.

In any season, the main room of Stepping Stone Lodge is full of sunlight in the day or ready for candlelight at night.  During chilly weather, a bright, crackling fire adds warmth and the atmosphere is one of informal good cheer. Add excellent food, friends or family and thoughtful service and you've got a winner !

The kitchen and food preparation add a welcome dimension for all of our special groups whether they are family, business, social or church. Carefully tailored menus to fit the event and the pocket book ...  fresh ingredients ... and delights straight out of the oven add up to a memorable time at Stepping Stone Lodge.
 

Better yet, plan to spend a night or two or a whole vacation week with us. Get a great night's sleep away from city lights and the noise of traffic. Wake up refreshed to the sound of a rooster crowing and the horses coming in for their morning feed. Hear the sounds of the kitchen staff making a Country Breakfast Banquet while you smell the coffee perking and the muffins baking. Sit and listen to the wind chimes while enjoying the flowers and vegetable gardens surrounding the lodge.  Enjoy the birds at the feeders or try to sneak up on a beautiful wild pheasant.  Once spring comes, visit the lambs, goats, chickens and pigs as they come up for a friendly pat.  Watch the bustling morning barn chores as all the horses begin their day on the farm.  Finally, turn-in again, for anther night of rest and peaceful dreams.

Find the right one for your needs as a family or bunk in with your favorite friend. All beds come with towels, linens, blankets, quilts and pillows so all you have to do is tuck in. Each room has its own sink and is joined in the middle with a bathroom with a shower and toilet. No walking “down the hall” in the dark to go to the bathroom at Stepping Stone Lodge!

When at full capacity, Stepping Stone Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests.  For meetings and seminars, the main room can seat up to 35.  For a seated meal, the lodge can serve up to 50 diners.  Our minimum group size requirement is 15 for weekends and 12 for weekdays.  For larger groups or members desiring more privacy, the staff will gladly suggest additional accommodations within a very short distance of the Lodge.

The downstairs of the lodge is all wood paneled, it is all newly renovated with brand new carpet for the Massage room, Recreational Room and Library. It is well lighted to provide flexibility for small "break-out" groups, kid's meals, videos, games, or quiet space for reading, crafts or meditating.  We also have created a lovely, warm room with an adjoining bathroom for Therapeutic Massage or Reiki.  We have terrific licensed and experienced Reiki and Therapeutic Massage Practitioners who are available for your relaxing and healing pleasure during your stay…..Call the lodge office to arrange your massage or Reiki treatment and make your stay extra special.

We also have a smaller meeting room which can be set up like a classroom for 10 people to take notes at a table. Chairs can be placed in a circle for up to fifteen participants….Better yet, let us take all the furniture out and use this space for an early morning wake up Yoga session or Meditation space before you tuck in for the night.

For those of you who simply must check your email or go on the Web, we do have internet access for your lap top or you are able to use our computer…free of charge of course!

Cell phones do work at Stepping Stone Lodge…but we urge you to turn them off and just enjoy the quiet and peace of the farm!

We have cards, games, puzzles and a selection of videos. There is also a TV, VCR, tape deck, easel and markers, and an overhead projector and screen for your convenience and enjoyment.
